Being the foodie that I am I finally decided to post a WIAW. This is a complete list with pictures of almost everything I ate minus the little snacking I did here and there 🙂

WIAW

Breakfast:

oats mango

Overnight oats, soaked with water, raspberries and protein powder topped with some strawberries, mango, and crunchy almond butter

 

Mid-Morning Snack:

grapefruit

Big ole Grapefruit 🙂

 

Lunch:

tuna salad

Tuna, Butternut Squash and Green Pepper Salad

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

hummus

Green Pepper and Artichoke Hummus

Dinner:

dinner

Sweet Egg Whites, drizzled with peanut butter, sweet potato slices, grapes and spaghetti squash, kale, onion mix

Night time Snack:

Banana, Plantain, Greek Yogurt, heated frozen strawberries, drizzled chocolate sauce and peanut butter, topped with some puffins. (no picture of this bad boy!)
