Begin by combining the peanut butter and protein powder in a bowl. Form 12 balls and stick them in the refrigerator or freezer (this will help them harder so they are more stable. In a separate bowl combine your chocolate and coconut oil. Melt them together in the microwave using 15 second intervals (being careful not to burn the chocolate). Once chocolate is melted wait 5-8 minutes until chocolate has cooled down. Get your peanut butter protein powder balls out of the freezer, using a toothpick dip the balls into the melted chocolate one by one, placing on wax paper.
