In a bowl add chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds, then stirring and repeating until chocolate is melted. In another bowl mix your matcha powder with the peanut butter. Then in mini or regular muffin tins (easier with paper or aluminum muffin tins) add chocolate then matcha peanut butter mix on top then chocolate to cover. I sprinkled some sea salt and granola on top. Freeze or refrigerate until it has hardened. Then enjoy!
