  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl whisk the eggs, almond milk, and honey. Add in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Once combined add dried cranberries and orange zest and fold in. Separate mix into muffin tins. Bake 20-25 minutes.
